Day 64: Townsville

Today was once again another extremely flat terrain day making drafting behind the car all day a breeze. That enabled us to enjoy the scenery a whole lot more which was just delightful to say the least. Majority of what we were cycling next to was sugarcane fields with mountains covered in rainforests as a backdrop which never got old. The picture above (coming soon) pretty much sums up what our eyeballs were encountering all day. As for the caravan park we stayed at the staff were lovely in particular a lady called Dawn (Legend) who helped us out in everyway even finding a place for us to watch the footy and giving us a bag of fruit before we left the next morning to Cardwell.
